Payment Options

K-Swiss accepts major credit cards only. The accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We will not accept cash, checks, money orders, or C.O.D.'s.


Merchandise Returns

Unworn merchandise ordered through our website may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. When your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Mail securely wrapped packages to:

Please enclose your packing slip and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Please allow one or two statements for your credit to appear. K-Swiss also recommends that you use a carrier for your package who can provide tracking information such as US Mail or UPS (for your protection and to insure delivery). K-Swiss will not be responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, or misdirected mail.


Shipping and Handling

K-Swiss.com uses FedEx. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground where applicable, unless you otherwise designate a different method of shipment. We also offer FedEx next day, Two day, Three Day, and Saturday delivery. The charge for your shipping will be listed in the Shopping cart. NOTE: Orders received before 10:30 am Pacific Time will ship the same day. Items ordered on the weekend, or on Mondays will not ship until the following Tuesday. The distribution center is closed weekends, holidays and Mondays. FedEx currently does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs. If your shipping address is a P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs, please call Customer Service 1-800-938-8000 to place an order.



Order Tracking

After your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information. Your e-mail will include your K-Swiss order number, along with additional order information for your purchased K-Swiss products. If you wish to check the status of your package at anytime, you can click on
Order Tracking on our website and enter your order number (You must be a registered member of K-Swiss.com to use the Order Tracking function). After your package has been shipped the FedEx tracking number will appear on the Order Tracking page.

A second e-mail from FedEx will be sent to confirm your order has been shipped. This e-mail will give you the FedEx tracking number for your package. With your FedEx tracking number you may track the progress of your package at either K-Swiss.com or on FedEx.com.
